Step into a spacious studio apartment adorned with vibrant hues, hand-painted details, and artistic charm. The living room features a comfortable sofa, convertible to a twin-size bed for an additional guest, and a TV for relaxing evenings. The sleeping area boasts an extremely comfortable queen bed, promising a restful night's sleep. Workspaces with desks and chairs are available for your convenience.

From May 15th to November 30th, revel in the comfort of air conditioning, ensuring a cool and enjoyable stay. Step into our private backyard for unforgettable summer nights.

Commitment to Cleanliness

Your safety is our top priority. Our cleaning crew follows a meticulous 100-point checklist, sanitizing the home between each reservation. We use approved products to clean and disinfect all surfaces, ensuring a pristine environment.

Booking Information

At Manhattan Stays, we are obligated to collect 14.75% tax of the nightly reservation fee separately. An invoice will be sent directly to you for payment before your check-in date.

Important Notes

• Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
• Please respect our neighbors; no loud music and no smoking on the premises.
• Check-in: 4PM - 9PM, Check-out: 10AM.
• Fees of $30 per hour apply for check-ins past 9 PM, early check-ins before 4 PM, and late checkouts past 10 AM.
• Unauthorized late checkouts may incur a $100 penalty fee.

House Rules

• Air mattress available upon request. Replacement fee is $100 for damaged air mattresses.
• I reserve the right to enter the apartment in case of emergencies, always notifying guests in such events.
• Be mindful of the residential community; respect neighbors and their routines.

Waste Management

To comply with NYC garbage/sanitation schedule, we may access the backyard to remove garbage between 5 PM and 7 PM during your stay. For yards requiring access through the house, we'll inform you in advance of maintenance visits.
