With queen-sized beds in three bedrooms and a king-sized bed in the fourth, our townhome is perfect for large groups, families, and business travelers alike. Workspaces with desks and chairs are available in three bedrooms, offering convenience for those blending work and leisure.

Closet space abounds in each bedroom, providing ample room for you to unpack and make yourself at home.

Our fully stocked kitchen awaits, equipped with glassware, cutlery, and all essentials for your party of 11. Prepare a home-cooked meal in our chef-inspired kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher).

Commitment to Cleanliness

Your safety is our priority. Our cleaning crew follows a meticulous 100-point checklist, sanitizing the home between each reservation. We use approved products to clean and disinfect all surfaces, ensuring a pristine environment.

Booking Information

As a host committed to transparency, please note that taxes for both sales and occupancy in NY/NYC (14.75% of the nightly reservation fee) are collected. 

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book or accompanied by an adult of 25 or older. 

Rates may change until the reservation is confirmed.  Early check-ins are subject to a $30 per hour service charge until check in time.

Checkouts after 10 am incur a $30 per hour fee, subject to availability.

Important Notes

• Air mattresses are available upon request with a replacement fee of $100 for any damage.
• Please check out by 10 AM.
• Stairs are present in the property.
• In case of emergencies, issues requiring immediate maintenance or prior scheduled maintenance or repairs, entry may be necessary during standard business hours. We reserve the right to enter the premises if house rules are broken.

House Rules

• Noise sensors are in place to ensure a peaceful environment.
• Cameras are installed at the front and back of the property, with none inside the house.
• Loud music is prohibited.

Waste Management

To comply with NYC sanitation schedules, we require access to the backyard to remove garbage between 5 pm and 7 pm twice weekly. Notice will be provided for visits.
